Cards for Good Causes experience a surge in demand for their services at the end of each year due to the demand for Christmas cards promoted by charities of all sizes. In order to ensure that the company were able to capitalise upon this transactional period it was imperative that the upgrade of the Magento platform to 2.x, integration along with the integration with both the ProLog shipping & fulfilment warehousing solution and Square Payments with Xero was completed, tested and released into production prior to November 2021.

Due to the complexity of the systems involved custom script development was necessary for product imports as well as the installation and configuration of the Klaviyo Marketing system alongside the core development work. This aggressive schedule was completed on time, within budget and in time for the organisation to record one of its busiest schedules ever with record sales via their new Magento platform. This was due in large part to the well formed planning of the project delivery team, expertise provided by the delivery team and the ability for our teams to work closely in partnership with the client to ensure the projects’ overall success.
